Whenever I visit hangzhou, I stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and online orders never go missing. They even have a robort deliver the food right to the door.

Right in the city center, the hotel was convenient for us. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were very helpful throughout the stay, especially Xiao Jin.

The breakfast had a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was super clean, with a comfortable bed and good quality towels and sheets. The bathroom water pressure was awesome too. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to West Lake, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Parking costs about $5 a day. The hotel feels old, and they don’t provide bottled water. The bed was fine, and the toilet and shower were good.
