We accidentally left a plastic bag of our belongings at a nearby McDonald restaurant the night before. The staff were incredibly helpful. The next morning, as we were leaving Hangzhou for Shanghai, they managed to reach the restaurant and arranged to courier our things to us. They arrived in Shanghai in time, before we left for Wuxi to catch our flight back to Singapore/Malaysia. Huge thanks to the staff for going out of their way to make sure we got our stuff in time.
