We were upgraded to a very large room overlooking the lake, with access to the lounge. The lounge was spacious and served a very good happy hour with hot dishes and drinks. Breakfast had more options than anywhere I've experienced. The rooms are starting to look aged, but the property is well maintained. Parking is underground, so there are few cars visible around the grounds. The hotel is in a well-kept, secure lakeside area, with plenty of trees and flowers and a lovely street for walking or biking. It's the best property within city limits, away from the noise. The pool area is large, and the views are a treat. I'd recommend staying a few days to enjoy them. Google Maps incorrectly places the hotel away from the lakeside, so it's best to use Amap in China.

I came for breakfast, and the restaurant was spacious with lovely scenery. There was lots of food to choose from, and it tasted nice. The waitress Luna was especially polite and helpful, and everyone was friendly. Recommended.

The lake views were amazing, and we had a great stay. Mia tong, the front desk manager, was wonderful, and I loved the service. The hotel is a little dated, but that was okay.

My mum went downstairs for help when I got sick in the middle of the night. Li He Xu Li He Xu kindly went with her to the chemist and got the medicine we needed, even though he wasn't on shift. We were really touched. Mum thanked him, and he said he'd help even if we weren't his customers. It left a big impression on me, and I'd love to visit this beautiful place again.

Cherry Zhang checked us in and was lovely and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed the beautiful view and outstanding service. The only real drawback was the mediocre food.
