I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and the space was generous throughout. The main bedroom had a walk-in wardrobe and a huge bathroom with a tub. Staff responded very quickly, and the housekeeping attendant was especially attentive. It’s one of the best serviced apartments or hotels I’ve experienced during my extensive travels, and I’d happily stay there again.

I stayed for three weeks, then checked out an hour late and was charged half the room price. They treated me terribly. They really don’t know how to treat customers.

The bedroom was comfortable, with an amazing bed and pillows, and even the soap smelled good. Service was excellent, and the subway makes getting around convenient. Breakfast can feel repetitive from day to day, though there are other restaurants in the nearby building if you want a change.

We didn’t need adapters for our phones or American chargers because the outlets worked with all kinds of plugs. The room was clean, quiet, and roomy, with air conditioning throughout, and there’s also a clean gym and yoga studio. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English and had to use a translator app with us. The hotel sits in a modern, very clean financial district, and the breakfast, which is typical Chinese food, was good.
