The room was super clean, with daily cleaning, a heated toilet seat, and a very comfortable bed and pillows. There's a lift, luggage storage, laundry on level 6, and breakfast available. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The location worked really well for us, just a few minutes' walk from wensan station. We took the subway straight there, which cost rmb4 per pax. Nearby there are lots of places to eat, along with bakeries and a pharmacy. I'd been unsure after reading older reviews, but my family and I had a great stay and I'll book here again next time.

The place smelled awful, and the paint, wallpaper, and plenty of other details need work. This was the worst Ibis standard I've experienced. Find somewhere better.

The rooms are tiny and packed with everything. Even the pillows have Ibis written on them. This hotel really isn't worth it.
