The staff made our Hangzhou stay memorable. They welcomed us warmly and gave us a bag of fresh fruit and snacks. Since we were traveling with our girls, they had child-sized toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers ready for them. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, a comfortable place to unwind after exploring. The location was handy too, within a short walk of the metro, West Lake, Wulin Night Market, and shopping malls. Guests can use the washers and dryers, which was useful for a longer stay. Staff even moved our wet clothes to the dryer, folded everything, and brought it back to our room without being asked. Those thoughtful gestures made the hotel a highlight of our trip.

We left my mum’s phone in a taxi after going to see the light show with my parents. I asked reception for help, and Joseph and another staff member on the night shift tried to reach the phone, though they couldn’t get through then. I came back to the lobby in the morning and contacted the police to call the driver. We eventually got through, and Joseph kept helping until we could reach the number. He speaks English very well and should be promoted to front office manager. Thank you for such a good memory.

I’d happily book this hotel again. The breakfast on the 12th floor was good, with plenty of options, and it was a nice place to stay.
