Hampton by Hilton Harbin Haxi

I expected something different from a Hampton by Hilton. The room was dirty, with hair in the bed and stains on several walls. The toilet seat was broken, the AC didn't work, and shampoo was missing. It was noisy, and visitors were smoking at reception. Three guests in a row had trouble paying by card. We tried to have a beer in the lobby, but were given paper cups instead of glasses. There were plenty of bottles behind the bar, but apparently they all just had water in them, so there were no drinks available. A huge disappointment all around.
