Félix made our first trip to Asia so much easier. Even before we got to the airport, he was helping us out. He showed us around Harbin, went with us around the city, and took us to try traditional Chinese food. He basically became our friend. Hosts like him make staying in a hostel a pleasure. The place was clean and hygienic. On the night we were leaving for Beijing, he even let us shower and nap though we hadn’t booked a room for that day. The service was honestly unmatched. I’d highly recommend it.
