The rooms were spacious, had computers, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast offered plenty of options, though the food wasn’t particularly tasty. The hot water in the room was weak and not hot enough, and the hotel is rather remote, making it very hard to hail a taxi.

The rooms were cleaned well, and the grounds and facilities are quite large, though getting around such a big place can be a hassle. It’s dimly lit throughout, perhaps to save electricity. The hotel is a five-star property a little way from the city center, but within walking distance of the main Ice Festival venue, so it may suit people visiting during the festival.
