They handled a difficult situation professionally. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I'd definitely recommend the place.

Breakfast was awful too. Even the porridge was cold, there was no sauce for the toast, and we had to wait for the hot plate to heat up before we could fry eggs. 😂 The receptionist was extremely rude when we told her the safe wouldn't lock. She kept staring at the computer and saying, "It works; other guests can use it," without even looking at us. We told her again it didn't work, but she just repeated herself. We finally snapped, "If it works, why are you at the front desk? It's ridiculous!" Only then did they send someone to check, and it turned out the safe really couldn't be used.

The room was okay and seemed clean, but it had a strong cigarette smell even with the windows closed. There was no tea, coffee, or spoons at the counter bar, just glasses, a kettle, and two bottles of water.
