Back in 2017, we stayed here and the owner and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They suggested a city tour that included Yabuli Ski Resort. The hotel had a warm, comfortable atmosphere, and the food was delicious. If we get the chance to visit Harbin and Heloijiang, I'd stay here again.

The one drawback was the bathroom hot water, which kept changing temperature. The open-plan layout may also be an issue if you're sensitive to noise. Otherwise, it's a good fit for solo travelers or anyone on a budget, and the heating is very warm in winter.
