It's a good value for the room and breakfast, though most guests seem to be tour groups. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, and you can walk through it to reach the street with local restaurants in just a few minutes. The main tourist attractions are quite far away, at least half an hour by car.

For a Sheraton, this was disappointing in several ways. Service felt shoddy and insincere, and staff interactions weren't warm or sincere. There were a few exceptions: two of the housekeepers and one bellboy. The experience fell well short of what I'd expect from a Sheraton. If you've stayed at Sheratons in more developed cities, lower your expectations drastically and you might be happy.

The carpet had dirty spots, and the air conditioning made a noisy airflow without cooling the room. Even with the temperature set, it stayed uncomfortable. Avoid this place if you need a clean, cool room.

An undercover video showed employees using a toilet brush on mugs, rinsing bathroom floors with toilet water, and folding clean towels on the bathroom floor. It makes you wonder about the kitchen hygiene, and whether this lax standard is part of Sheraton's management worldwide.

I just saw a video of an employee cleaning mugs with a toilet brush. I’ll never book a Sheraton hotel again!
