The location worked well for exploring the mall next door, though Harbin’s main attractions were about 45 minutes away. I liked the beautiful lobby and the clean, modern, medium-sized room, with its comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had plenty of choices, but nothing tasted especially good to me. The noodles were the best. The air conditioning was the real problem: even set to 16C, it took ages to cool the room, so I slept without a blanket.

Laundry was quick and reasonably priced, and the hotel rates were good. I also appreciated the platinum recognition and attentive staff. Nicole made check-in pleasant, and I was upgraded to a lovely suite on the top floor. The club lounge was beautifully decorated, and breakfast tasted good. The airport was only a 45-minute Didi ride away. This stay surpassed what I expected, and I’d happily come back.

It's peaceful here, even though the hotel is far from the city center. The lobby feels bright and spacious, and the flowers are especially lovely. Service was good, and I really appreciated the new, high-quality elevators.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and everything in the hotel was working properly. The showers were good, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was good too. A very comfortable place to stay.

There’s a shopping mall and local restaurants right next door, which makes shopping convenient. The kids' room, pool, and gym are available too. It’s a little outside the city center, but a taxi takes about 20 minutes and cost under 1000 yen with DiDi in January 2025, so I prefer it to pricier hotels downtown. The usual lounge is being renovated, but Marriott Bonvoy members can use the spacious first-floor lounge for afternoon tea and happy hour.
