I hope everyone responsible for this dies.

The room was dark and the bed was very itchy. There was a rattling noise from the air vent, and the phone cable was still connected. The hotel is over ten years old and doesn't feel like a high-star place at all. This was absolutely terrible. There are much better options at any price, so please don't choose this hotel if you're going to Harbin.
