We were a family group of 8, and the remote location works well for skiers. The hotel has good hot springs, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had modern amenities. The food was a letdown: the buffet dinner was limited to Chinese food, and empty dishes weren't refilled. Breakfast had the same food with a few additions, not even sliced bread or an omelette. It wasn't worth the price.

The outdoor pools are an interesting experience in winter. There are tens of pools at the hot spring, each with different additives.

The room was clean and overall acceptable, and breakfast was alright. The TV channels in the room kept cutting out, or the TV simply wouldn't turn on.

The room itself was okay, but I found the cleaning staff dishonest. I left an iPad on the bed, then called after checking out to say it wasn't there. Find it showed it was at the hotel, but the front desk staff were unwilling to help and kept giving me the runaround when I called.
