The laundry service was okay, though it wasn't the cheapest. The hotel is fairly close to a shopping center, and the rooms are spacious enough. The furniture works fine but doesn't feel very modern. There's a glass partition with a curtain between the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was good, though most of it was Chinese food. Only a few staff members speak English.

Maybe we just got one of the problem rooms? The bathroom and bed are divided by a large clear glass pane. There's a roller blind in the bathroom, but a gap remains between it and the glass, so someone showering can still be seen from the bed. That makes the room extremely unsuitable for anyone other than a couple. The bedside lamps were both broken and wouldn't turn on. The TV also went black in the middle of a show three times, while the sound continued for a few seconds before the picture came back. And both shower cap boxes in the bathroom were empty.

The room was clean, and I had no real issues during my stay. I was in town for an exhibition nearby. I also tried the buffet's raw oysters and didn't get sick.

It was good enough.
