I liked this hotel during my two-night stay in June. It looks new and beautiful, and my room was nice and clean. The buffet breakfast room is spacious, with lots of dishes. The staff were friendly, though their English wasn't very good.

The rooms seem like they haven't been renovated in a very long time. It feels like an old luxury hotel. The staff don't speak English at all, which is outrageous when you call reception and they understand almost none of what you're saying. Room service was poor and didn't respond. After 11:30 pm, you can't get a drink because the whole hotel goes into silent mode. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Wi-Fi uses your room number as the login and your last name as the password. If your last name doesn't work, try your first name. I found this place a bit nicer than the Hilton and Sheraton, and cheaper too. Of those three, it's the only one within walking distance of good restaurants, large shopping centres, and bars. I'd recommend staying here when you visit Hefei.

Getting in and out can be a little tricky since it’s on a busy street. Inside, though, the room and shared spaces are roomy, everything feels new and clean, and there’s a good spread at breakfast.
