The hotel is right on the Amur River embankment, with lots of shops close by. Our company invited us to Heihe and covered the stay, so I can’t say anything about the price. The room was clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels every two days. Breakfast comes with the stay, and the buffet was quite acceptable for Europeans, with dishes adjusted to our tastes. When staff couldn’t understand us, they quickly used Google Translate to sort things out. One drawback: there’s no iron, though they say that’s true of all the city’s hotels.

The rooms were lovely and clean, with good lighting. The hotel itself is nice and clean too, and the price is reasonable.

This is a hotel in Harbin. They don’t accept foreigners. Nothing more needs saying.
