The hotel is only half built, there's no gym, and using the sauna costs extra. My room was too warm, about 26-28°C, and the aircon blew hot air. Staff didn't seem to care. People smoked indoors, even at breakfast and in the lift, despite the no smoking signs. It claims to be “international,” but falls well short. English translations are rare around the hotel.
