10/10
The breakfast and gym were both really good. I had an executive room, which was spacious and clean, with everything I needed for a business trip. The staff were polite and helpful.

The building feels a little dated, but the exec lounge has great views across Hohhot. There's even a pool on top.

2/10
As a loyal IHG member, I found this unacceptable. I used reward nights to book for my family, then they accused me of illegally selling points and threatened to report me. The service was terrible, and the receptionist and staff came across as unprofessional and ignorant.

10/10
The room and bed were super comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk into the city and to many attractions. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, and I enjoyed the hotel's restaurants and bar, with reasonable prices. I'd definitely come back and stay here again.

8/10
The room was spotless and comfortable, and the service was up to a high standard with friendly smiles. It's an affordable luxury stay from a big chain in the city center. There's a shopping mall nearby, though it isn't very interesting. We were satisfied with our stay.
