Meidu Hotel

The internet was the main letdown, since the connection is quite poor. Laundry isn't available either, and there's no gym or swimming pool. Still, the stay itself is really pleasant, with nearly everything the hotel does offer being high quality. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've seen in China, and both the hotel and the beautiful town are worth visiting again. The hotel is in a lovely location, and the rooms are large and bright, with quality contemporary furniture and facilities. The smart lighting is useful, and there are lots of functions. The underfloor heating works well; beds are large and soft. The bathroom is divided into three areas, with the sink in the room and frosted glass around the toilet and shower cabins. The staff are kind and speak English. Breakfast is mostly Chinese, but the food is good quality. It offers a few fewer services than some other hotels, but I had a very nice stay.
