Elyn and the rest of the staff were consistently gracious, with warm smiles at reception, housekeeping, and concierge. The whole team clearly takes pride in the service, and our stay felt comfortable, smooth, and memorable. Marco deserves a special mention. He was welcoming, professional, attentive, and ready to help from the moment we arrived. His warmth and eye for detail made us feel valued as guests. Thanks to him and the entire AKI Hotel Hong Kong team. We look forward to coming back.

Paul at concierge, the Filipino Chinese gentleman, gave me useful trip tips and stories, and even a small gift. Filbert was so friendly, shared a few jokes, and took time to suggest places to see. He also printed a map in case my mobile data didn't work. The service from the Aki Hotel Team made the whole visit memorable, and I'd gladly return. Marco made everything go smoothly after we chose to upgrade our room, and gave us a Chinese biscuit after checkout, a lovely gesture. Sheryn and Elyn were cheerful, and Jaret helped with our belongings as soon as we arrived. I hope they stay with the team after training. Julia was also accommodating and helped me set up my SIM card and other cards for the trip. The hotel was convenient for the places I needed to go, and the room was comfortable and well kept. I especially liked the gym on the top floor. Thanks to everyone who helped us.

Breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautifully designed, spotless, and on a high floor. We had a deluxe room and only a short stay, so we missed the rooftop whisky bar and more of the service. Christol and Michelle gave us a warm welcome at check-in. There were also thoughtful, personalized surprises waiting in the room, which I believe Christol and the guest relations team arranged. Everyone was friendly and made an effort to make the stay special. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip to HK.

We liked the hotel enough on the first five days of our trip that we came back for the final stretch, and got the loveliest upgrade. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Traveling with a child was easy because the team was so kind to my daughter. Special thanks to Christine at Front Desk, along with Michelle, Christol, and Marco. The bell staff were also a big help with our luggage and arranging transportation. Such a helpful, kind team.
