The beachside setting was the best part of our holiday as a couple at Concerto Inn. It's peaceful and quiet, with a genuinely relaxing view, especially morning and evening. You can hear the sea and enjoy the scenery, so the calm atmosphere felt romantic. It's a good place to slow down away from the busy city, and I think it's good value compared with a city stay. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. It was smaller than I expected, though, and large luggage could make it feel cramped. Apart from that, the cleanliness, service and beachfront feel were all solid. I'd stay again for the quiet holiday and view.

The rest of the staff were lovely, but this was such a bizarre and shocking situation that we checked out early. We ordered mocktails, and the waitress Candy repeated “mocktail” before going to process the order. Still, we were served alcoholic cocktails. I don't drink, and only realized after having about a quarter of one, when I started feeling bad. When we told the waitress, she laughed and charged us the cocktail price. After we complained, she offered 10% off that price and said, “I'm on holiday, drink it slowly.”

We stopped by for a drink and an early meal as the sun was setting on a fairly quiet Saturday afternoon. The location is great, and the place turned out to be a really nice surprise, a hidden gem worth checking out and spending some time at.

I had a great beach and writing retreat. The beach was beautiful, the staff were super friendly, and there were lovely walks nearby. Food costs a bit more than in town, but everything else was great!

The room felt small, and the price seemed a bit high for what you get. The restaurant and bar have a great beach view, though. Wine choices are okay and the food was decent.
