The staff kept checking that everything was all right, and their manner was warm, personal, and attentive. Daily in-room touches, like small gifts and different fresh fruit, added to the stay. Requests were handled quickly, and the welcome, check-in, and check-out were especially efficient. Service speed and a well-run Club are real strengths here. The service is above average compared with other Four Seasons properties in those areas. The location is excellent, about five minutes on foot from the ferry terminal, which makes getting around and exploring easy. There’s a large choice of restaurants in the building and multiple outdoor pools. The building and some facilities feel dated. Guest rooms are in excellent condition after renovation, but shower pressure is a bit low. The spa and fitness center are well maintained and functional, though noticeably older than current Four Seasons standards. They’ll likely need renovation in the near future to stay competitive, based on the status in January 2026. Four Seasons Rating: Service 8/10, Value for Money 10/10, Infrastructure 8/10, Privacy 5/10. Infrastructure is below average compared with newer Four Seasons properties, and the facilities feel somewhat dated.

Maggie in the spa was incredible. She gave me two massages, and I’m considering flying across an ocean just to see her again! The hotel itself is pretty standard for Four Seasons. We had comfortable beds, spacious rooms, fast elevators, and great water pressure. The spa, gym, and pool were inviting and well maintained. Being above HK station and close to Central station made it easy to walk to most places or use public transport. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they left a special treat in our room for my husband’s birthday. My only real complaint is a matter of taste: the steam room and sauna music could feel more spa-like and less like soft 80’s pop.

We booked an Executive Harbor View Room King. The harbor views were breathtaking, and the service was impeccable. Add world-class dining and a spot in the heart of Hong Kong, and every moment felt unforgettable. Four Seasons really sets the bar for luxury hospitality.

Dear Four Seasons, this is the BEST HOTEL of my life. Linda, the head concierge, is OUTSTANDING: kind, helpful, intelligent, and beautiful, by the way. Dennis, the Executive Club Manager, is warm, pleasant, kind, and helpful, a Genuine GEM! Marcus in The Executive was wonderfully kind, as were Christina, Christine, and Alisa, though I may have the last name wrong. I’ve never met a more polite team. Everyone was happy, accommodating, helpful, and looked you in the eye. AMAZING PLACE! Marcus in the fitness area was fabulous too!
