I loved the hotel's relaxed all-round vibe, and the rooms were a good size for Hong Kong. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and really useful for restaurant suggestions and directions. Wi-Fi was free and fast, and the included breakfast, I think, was great, especially the pork buns and dim sum if you like local food. There are free iPhones in the rooms for local calls and internet, and you can take them with you for directions. During the day they open an outdoor bar for guests to use as a meeting space, with coffee and water. I saw several people using it that way. It's a great, informal place to meet.

It's a clean, convenient hotel right in the heart of LKF, but far too noisy. Even on the top floor, facing the other way, I could hear Bieber or Beyoncé until 3-4AM, and it got even crazier on weekends. The staff were still rather impatient and not very attentive.

The late-night crowd is definitely part of the scene here, and the famous LKF bar streets are just steps away. This hotel feels unique. The staff and managers keep the customer in mind, more than I can say for Opolo up the street.

If you enjoy partying, socializing, and drinking at night, this place drops you right in the middle of it. It's in the center of LKF, with a rooftop bar, Gordon Ramsay's Bread street on the mezzanine floor, and hard rock cafe on the lower level, plus more bars and restaurants than I can remember. It's not for a quiet night in. The doof doof music from street level can be heard and felt even on the 20th floor. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
