Arthur, Pana and Selina, the concierges, were incredible and genuinely personable. They did everything to make me comfortable, and the hotel's messaging service made requests easy and seamless. Communication was excellent, and the staff really impressed me. The hotel is a hidden gem for value and location in HK if you're not staying at The Peninsula or Four Seasons. Right in the heart of SoHo, surrounded by internationally rated bars and very close to Central MTR, it's in the coolest area. The rooms are huge, with quirky, unique designs and high-quality furniture. The fitout and service impressed me, even after staying at the Grand Hyatt in another city. It felt like living in a residence in Hong Kong, and everything exceeded my expectations.

The twin suite was lovely, with a very nice bathroom, a comfortable sofa in the living room, and a kitchen with an instant hot water dispenser. It had everything you'd need in a flat. The stay was comfortable, and the location right in the heart of Central was perfect. Highly recommend.

Whenever I'm in Hong Kong, I stay here. It's always clean and comfortable, and really well located. The front of house staff and cleaners are consistently friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Rolf from the reservations team. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process, which made everything smooth from the start. Great service all around, highly recommend!
