Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel

The interiors were clean, and the staff were professional. The city views were decent, though the ambiance felt a bit dull and the rooms could use brighter interiors. The location near TST station is great, but getting picked up by car outside the hotel is a bit inconvenient. I had a good stay during my time in hong kong.

What made Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel stand out for us was the value. Hong Kong can be pricey, but the location, service, and quality felt worth what we paid. We were right by the waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, with the harbor and skyline just outside and the nightly light show an easy walk away. The hotel felt polished and well cared for, and things ran smoothly without the atmosphere being too formal. Staff were professional and helpful whenever we needed them, while still giving us space. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.

The club lounge was a highlight, with a classy feel, generous offerings, and lovely staff. Service throughout was so attentive that they seemed to do everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. It's an older property, but it's kept spotlessly clean and is ageing gracefully. The location is stellar, and we thought the value was incredible. We'd absolutely recommend it, especially to first-time visitors to Hong Kong.

We were glad to get an upgrade to the Deluxe Suite as GHA Discovery Members. Its panoramic Victoria Harbour views and generous space worked well for the family guests who visited us. The rooms are showing their age, but ours was clean, spacious, and practical. One lamp kept flickering, which was a bit annoying, and the lobby layout seemed poor, as others have mentioned. The staff were lovely. At the back carpark, lobby staff helped my wife and daughter with our bags, and the Continental Club team treated us to lovely breakfasts and coffees every day. The hotel is centrally located, just moments from Harbour Plaza mall and Star Ferry. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.
