Kelly was probably the most polite staff member. She greeted us and explained the stay in detail, while some of the younger staff could use more customer service training. The room was cramped even though it was meant for three, with two of us and our two medium and two large suitcases. At night there was a lot of disruptive noise, either from staff or other guests, including doors banging and people talking by the lift. Then the lift broke near the end of our stay. My mum has a bad knee, so making her walk up and down to the fifth floor every day was awful. The hotel gave us no explanation or apology, and I had to arrange for her to stay somewhere else.

We booked the Triple Room at the last minute after a terrible apartment stay, where the bathroom was barely bigger than a cat cage, and this hotel really came through for us. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a decent-sized bathroom and dependable hot water. Staff were helpful enough, though nothing special. We could hear some outside noise because the room wasn’t fully soundproofed. Still, it’s a solid option in a convenient spot, just a five-minute walk from the nearest station. We stayed in March 2025, and I’ve only just got around to reviewing it.

The staff were great and very helpful, and the location was great too. The room and bathroom were very small, though, and the place felt quite old.

They promised to return our deposit, but we never got it back at checkout. It was around HK$446. I want my money back. The reception guy was poor, and I feel this was a fraudulent hotel with fraudulent staff.
