The Putman

The staff were considerate of us traveling with a toddler and arranged the early check-in we asked for. Room service did a fabulous job, and the rooms are large by Hong Kong standards. The location is fantastic, the room was very clean, and the staff were professional. There were a few minor issues with the property’s condition, though that’s true of plenty of other top-notch hotels and Airbnbs too.

Eddy and the whole team were so hospitable. The apartment was clean, urban, and spacious by HK standards, with a convenient location for getting around. It’s a great serviced apartment hotel, and there’s a gym, though no pool. I’ll stay here again next time.

We stayed for four days and specifically wanted an aparthotel rather than a regular hotel. Putman worked out beautifully. The service was impeccable, and I couldn’t fault the staff. The apartments were bright, airy, well decorated, and genuinely huge, with all the amenities we needed. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with everything walkable. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Putman is ideally placed for exploring Central and the surrounding districts. I usually stay around kowloon and tst, but this was a great choice for that part of the city. The room was clean, functional, spacious, and had a great view. The women working there now were fantastic, knew plenty about city spots, and helped me with everything I needed. Their service deserves five out of five. They really turned a good trip into a great one.
