A great hotel with caring staff. They let us check in early even though we arrived ahead of time. There was water, coffee, and tea in the room, but the bathroom door stuck and had no lock. The surrounding buildings create quite a contrast. If you enjoy looking at architectural hell, the panoramic-window room would be ideal. My advice is to ask for a higher room. :)

The room was comfortable for my one-night stay. It showed a little wear, but the cleanliness was acceptable.

For our family of four, the 11-night stay was good enough, and the price was reasonable. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was clean. The beds felt a bit small, though that may just be the usual size in HK, and the walk-in bathtub looked old but was okay. We were in a small residential area, a little away from the main spots, but close to the MTR and mini-vans, so getting around was convenient. We’d consider staying again on a future trip.
