China Overseas Hotspring Resort

The hot spring courtyard we booked was upgraded to a hot spring villa courtyard, which was lucky. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, and had its own hot spring. The bed was very comfortable, so we slept in longer. The hotel is pretty far from the city, though there are several Hakka restaurants and convenience stores just outside, and a community mall about five minutes away by car. The outdoor play area could use some grass cutting and more upkeep. We also really liked the infinity pool by the waterfall. There are free activities like pottery making, trying on Chinese clothes, and a 15-minute sightseeing boat ride. The public hot springs were clean and relaxing, with different temperatures, a sauna, a steam room, and complimentary fruit and herbal tea. You need a swimsuit, and a swimming cap for the pool. The place has a peaceful, natural feel with an ancient China style and luxurious accommodation. Breakfast had lots of good choices, and we especially liked the Hakka soup and noodles.
