My premium suite on the top floor was roomy and had a great view, and the hotel connects straight to a shopping mall, which made the location really convenient. The facilities are good, but the service was disappointing. I’m a Platinum member and was told the Executive Lounge was closed, with buffet dinner offered instead. When I asked for a window table, staff said it was reserved. Several window seats stayed empty while I ate, and later I was told they were for guests arriving at 8 p.m., which didn’t make much sense. I hope management improves communication and treats loyal members with more respect.

The staff were wonderful, especially the lobby team, who were a big help. Thanks to Dabi for arranging my day trip and inviting me to the hotel’s fourth anniversary celebration. It was a successful big party, with great entertainment and free food and wine for guests. Jenny chow, the club lounge lady working around 8:30 p.m. on 7/12, also left her work to help sort out my hotel booking with the wrong date. I’m not sure I’ve spelled her name right. Thanks again to everyone at the hotel.

The spa was a highlight, and everyone working around the hotel was helpful and nice. I’ve enjoyed my stay here, and it’s my favorite hotel in China so far.
