Breakfast was better than I expected, especially the fresh fruit and dim sum. The hotel was also very convenient for our Ngong Ping 360 trip: the shuttle to Tung Chung station was comfortable and made getting there easy. It’s close to Hong Kong International Airport and offers good value for access to Lantau attractions. I arrived late in the evening and used the Marriott Bonvoy app to ask about the shuttle schedule and where to board, which made the transfer smooth. Check-in at the front desk was professional and courteous. The room was spotless and well maintained. As a Titanium Elite member I was upgraded to a corner suite, with a truly exceptional view. As in many Hong Kong hotels, drinking water comes from dispensers on each floor.

Raymond made a real difference when we arrived with six bags, including ski gear, after a month of traveling. He gathered everything, got us organized, and personally loaded it onto the shuttle. He went well out of his way to make the stay special. The hotel itself was great, and the free shuttle to and from the airport and rail station made getting around easy.

Getting around was easy because the hotel is near Hong Kong International Airport and has shuttle service to both the airport and Tung Chung MTR station. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. My stay was very pleasant. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and lovely sea or city views. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, which made the stay relaxing.

The rooms are compact and don’t feel especially spacious, though they work for a short stay. I think larger rooms would make the experience much better. Staff were adequate, but I expected a more considerate and welcoming manner. Service was reasonable, with room to improve. Four Points Sheraton Tung Chung is handy for an overnight transit in Hong Kong, with reasonable rates and a convenient location near Hong Kong International Airport. The complimentary hourly airport shuttle, plus a free shuttle to a nearby shopping center, are real conveniences.

Olivia at the Front Desk was so helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially since it was my birthday. Thanks to her, my stay felt extra special. From arriving from the airport through checkout, everything was exceptional. I’ll definitely come back, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a wonderful stay. Give it a try, you’ll be impressed!
