The building entrance is down a smelly alley, and the sewage odor carries upstairs into the building. Even with the door shut, it lingers. It mainly seems to come from the restaurant they own. Checking in means waiting around for 10 minutes with that smell and mosquito bites. The rooms don't feel clean. They're dusty and stained, and everything looks and feels about ten years old. The toilet area was especially bad. The shampoo and soap had little bits of unknown debris on them, the ventilation barely worked, and the room smelled even when dry. In some rooms, the sink drain doesn't connect to pipes like it normally would. Instead, it empties sewage into the shower stall, which was disgusting and smelled rancid when I tried to use it. Expect insects and electronics that barely work too. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had in a “hotel.” 0/5.

I had to move after two weeks, but the manager, who was mean, refused to refund even one day. He said there was no way, and acted as if I were insane to think that would be allowed. I paid in full because of my personal situation and had to put up with it. I learned my lesson the hard way. Never recommend this place. Thank God, and thanks for the encounter. The service was the worst I've ever experienced, and the staff's attitude was terrible. At check-in they asked if I wanted a short-term stay. I said short-term with my dogs, and they offered an alternative independent house. The hygiene was bad, but I agreed after they promised to clean it thoroughly that afternoon. A few days later I found big and small bugs, with nests under the bed. I told them I couldn't accept the regular regular ch, so I bought my own bio-safe product and spent a whole day cleaning to get rid of the bugs. After two weeks, the ants came back. If I'd known there were so many bugs, I wouldn't have come even for free. I felt cheated, and the hygiene and attitude were both hard to bear. I've never met such bad service in my life.

The location was good, but the hotel was dirty and the decor was ugly. Breakfast was the worst part: rude waiters, long lines for coffee, and birds eating food waste on the terrace. I've never seen service this poor. The hotel management should find a new job.

Both rooms were very dirty, and the bed was horrible. They didn't provide drinking water or breakfast water. When I asked, they gave me 150 ml. This is a slum hotel, not even a star hotel, and I haven't seen anything like it in all my travels. I booked through Agoda after reading the reviews, but the stay was really horrible. I checked in at 12 and left early, at 6 in the morning, because the location made me very scared. Please don't go there. This is my humble request, especially if you're going with family.
