The modern-looking hotel itself was well presented, but a few parts of the visit were disappointing. I skipped breakfast and left because most of the tables had dirty dishes on them when I arrived, even though there weren't many guests. It didn't feel inviting. The spa and massage were the bigger concern. The spa isn't run by the hotel, which might explain the poor quality. I also couldn't put the treatment on my room bill. There wasn't a proper place to change, and as soon as the massage ended, they brought over a card machine before I even had a chance to get dressed. It felt hurried and unprofessional. The price had doubled from what I originally booked, and they nearly charged me an 18% credit card fee. I refused that charge. The whole experience wasn't relaxing and fell short of what I expected. They should review how this service is handled.

We had an extra bed put in the room, and it was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel was clean and spacious, and breakfast was really good, especially the soy milk. My one gripe was the gym, which didn't have enough weight plates for proper deadlifts and squats.

The surrounding area is still being built up, though the work wasn't noisy when we were there. There should be more places to shop and eat nearby in the future. Our stay at this new, clean hotel in Jiangmen was wonderful. The room was spacious, the toilet and bathroom layout worked really well, and it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Solin at reception, who went out of her way to share information and recommend some good food. I'd definitely return if I travel to Jiangmen again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had to cut our family trip short because of some unfortunate circumstances, and the staff were extremely helpful. David, Kaka, and Lucy were especially kind. The hotel is newly built and has a swimming pool and gym. We'd stay again in the future.
