The zero-pressure beds are genuinely comfortable, and the facilities aren't bad. But breakfast is only mediocre, with no freshly ground coffee, though I know that's common in Chinese hotels. There’s a KTV downstairs, and the wailing and screaming at night made it impossible to get proper rest. There’s not much nearby, so you have to take a taxi to find karaoke. The Wi-Fi also requires phone verification, which is worth considering on a short business trip. The service was awful. Whether it comes down to management or staff quality, I have to wonder if this hotel is in hospitality or manufacturing. They seem unable to solve problems and unfamiliar with what they’re dealing with. Sigh, I'd give the service a negative score. I definitely won't stay here again when I'm in Jiangmen.
