Huasheng Holiday Hotel

I had a large room to myself, and it was tidy and clean. There’s only one lift, so access may not always be quick, though I didn’t run into a busy spell where it got packed. The staff are friendly and helpful, so feel free to ask them for assistance. The hotel seems to be right in the business hub, with malls, restaurants, eateries and a park all within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised by how many Yum Cha shops there were, and tried a few during my stay. There’s also a market on Sunday and Tuesday, if I remember correctly, for fresh fruit, vegetables and meat. A market is close by as well. I enjoyed morning walks along the river. There’s a proper footpath that goes quite a long way, and it’s good for running too. One thing to know: there’s no laundry service on-site. I had to walk about 10 minutes to find a place charging 10 RMB per item of clothing.
