The room itself was okay, but breakfast was very limited and the service was terrible. The room arrangements were awful too. They once put us in a room where it looked like someone had thrown up on the floor. The floor manager said she couldn’t smell anything. Really?

The complimentary laundry service, done within three hours, was such a thoughtful and useful convenience for long-term travelers. I had a very comfortable stay and really appreciated the hospitality. The hotel is truly impressive.

I’d only just checked in that afternoon, and already the place was impressive. There are lots of places to eat and transport is easy. On the second day, the service was excellent at both the front desk and the breakfast area. Well done! 😀

Check-in was really chaotic because of poor arrangements. In winter, the whole hotel only had heating, and it got almost unbearably hot. The onsen is some distance from the rooms, and there are no changing rooms near it.
