The rooms, location and facilities were okay, but the noise was unbearable. I only got about three hours of sleep over three days. Cars and motorbikes honked around the clock. A nightclub at the end of the hotel played booming music until 2am. Then there was construction on Sunday from 8am to 9pm, with drilling, grinding, sledgehammering, cranes and cement lorries. This is a VERY noisy hotel.

I was impressed by how hospitable, efficient and capable the staff were in helping with my needs during the stay. I especially want to commend Leona Liang, Guest Relations Manager, for her personable service. She showed genuine care and made guests feel special and welcome. The price was always right, and we had a wonderful stay. We were there in 2009 while visiting Taishan with my husband and his dad, who was born there. The hotel was beautiful and new at the time. I hope we can come back one day with our children.

There are four or five shops close by, and you can walk into town in about 20 minutes. The Wi-Fi works well.
