The location keeps bringing us back. It's easy to get picked up, and there’s plenty of good food, shopping, boba milk tea, and foot massage nearby. My parents have stayed here since it first opened, and I’ve been here four times myself. The rooms have clean white sheets and include two free bottles of water. Wi-Fi is slow, so I bring my own hotspot when I want to use Facebook or browse the internet.

The hotel is reasonably priced and in a great spot near the walk street. There are lots of restaurants and food vendors around.

Getting picked up by Didi is easy, though drivers usually leave you outside the gate area. Payment was simple, and they accept Visa, but remember that people in China often use WeChat/weixan pay. They speak a mix of Cantonese and taishanese here. There are lots of little things like toothbrushes and slippers. The place is great, but the Wi-Fi really sucks. I had to use my data the whole time.

I keep coming back when I visit my relatives because the service is excellent. The front desk staff and housekeepers are attentive, and there’s fresh fruit every day. The breakfast buffet could be better. Some rooms, including the bar and games room, seem to be permanently closed.

It's the town's oldest hotel that meets western standards, and feels like an institution here. No risk in staying there. You might even enjoy a good massage on the 4th floor.
