We upgraded to a Lake View Room, and it was lovely and worth the extra cost. The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were spacious, and the toilet seat had an automatic seatcover wrapper. The hotel's dimsum restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Across from a scenic lake, the hotel is in a quiet, safe area, within walking distance of historic downtown shops and restaurants. A good choice if you want a tranquil visit. I'd recommend staying here.
