Wanda Realm Heshan

The location made getting to the city center and nearby attractions easy, and the staff were attentive and friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of dining choices, with both local and international food. Wanda Realm Jiangmen feels luxurious and modern, and seems suited to business trips or time away.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but this breakfast experience has really upset me. I'm here now writing this. The woman at the breakfast desk was incredibly rude and loud toward me as a foreigner, and made my daughter uncomfortable. My daughter has Virtilgo, and the woman kept looking at her while we ate, then came over to tell us to finish because breakfast ends at 10. It's changed the whole mood of our stay. I'm so disappointed.

The place was very quiet, with a nice atmosphere and a large room. The staff were very helpful too. Special thanks to Deft at the lobby.

I really enjoyed the Chinese restaurant and breakfast, and the view and spacious rooms were lovely. The hotel is clean and has western facilities. Ordering room service was a bit difficult because there weren't many English speakers. The executive level has its own breakfast with a beautiful view, though there's no made to order eggs there. There's also a Starbucks in the mall next door.
