The rates are reasonable, and it's handy for restaurants and a department store. My main complaint was the bed, which was much too hard. Also, avoid rooms near the nightclub if you want quiet; the music and people partying were very noisy.

Current name: Zero Degree Star Bar. The hotel was still very noisy at 3 AM.

The air conditioner in Rm653 had broken, and the radiator had also broken down three weeks earlier.

There are lots of places to eat and have fun nearby, and the rooms feel relatively new.

It's fine, and handy if you're going to watch plays.
