We had a great time here at our college classmates' reunion. This Zhuyexuan Inn/Zhuyexuan is a place steeped in local history. It used to belong to the local county chief about 100 years ago, and the restored complex is now government protected. A few years ago it was converted into an inn. There are only rooms, and we were lucky to visit on a weekday. The seven of us had the whole complex to ourselves, and really got to experience all the pompadour of the local chief! The staff were so friendly, serving traditional tea arts with snacks. Breakfast was authentic local noodles, and I went back for a second bowl. Highly recommended. Cheers!
