The restaurant is a little hard to find, but the big pond nearby makes for a great view, and the lanterns and lights look nice. We came for the food, and the service was good too. I’ll put my notes on each dish in the photo captions and try that approach. It’s close to the Wuzhen area.

We really enjoyed staying here. The design feels different, and the food and service were great. Management was good as well. Breakfast stood out, with fresh, quality ingredients and plenty of choice. A nice pick if you want somewhere relaxing and a bit off the usual path.

In my opinion, this is easily the nicest Hyatt hotel. We had a great stay, and they even included a free photoshoot.

The property photographs well, and that's the only good thing I can say about it. The experience was severely disappointing. I'd avoid it unless there are drastic improvements to management, maintenance, and service.
