There's no air conditioning in the room, which is quite unlike other IHG hotels I've stayed at. If heat is hard for you to tolerate, think twice before booking.

The hotel itself is nice, but the front desk service was very bad. I booked through Traveloka and paid the full amount for my trip on 31/10/2025. Staff kept saying I hadn't paid and told me to pay at the counter, where they charged RMB 1,000 to my husband's credit card. At checkout, I argued the issue and showed them the Traveloka payment invoice. They said they would refund the RMB 1,000, but we still haven't received it. Really bad service from the hotel and its staff.

Breakfast staff at the restaurant were great. Ask for a bowl of noodles made by hand in-house. The sheets were crisp, the comforter was lovely, and I liked the room's open layout. The corridors are odd, and reaching your room can mean a long walk if you're at either end. The conference room was decent, but the air circulation was poor and the walls were thin, which was a bit inconvenient for speakers.
