Our butler, Xiaoru, made an already lovely stay even more memorable. She was attentive, thoughtful, and seemed to anticipate what we needed, with personal touches that made us feel well cared for. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The facilities combine traditional character with modern luxury, and the service from everyone we met was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. This was a five-star experience in Wuzhen, and we'd happily return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and great service.

It's a huge resort. Summer feels more lively and vibrant, but it's hot and humid, with plenty of crowds. The quieter, more relaxing time to visit is the off season.

We visited in December, during the off season, and found the surroundings very pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, with Wuzhen tourism within walking distance. At night, the open-air pool has lovely scenery. It's a good place for a quiet stay, and in winter, bring running shoes because it's a great area to run.

The rooms are top-notch, and breakfast has an excellent selection. This modern hotel is very nice and sits near the WuZhen water town. Take advantage of the location and walk around town in the morning; it's much quieter then than during the busy nightlife. The map pin is off, too. The actual hotel is farther west.
