The friendly, helpful staff, comfy big bed and pillows, blackout curtains, double glazing, and carpeted hallways were all good. The Inspirock Hotel is very comfortable, though there are a few things to improve. The breakfast buffet was good, but the bacon looked grey and was undercooked every morning. There are now very few English TV channels. My room was too hot, and I couldn't adjust it, even after asking someone to fix it. I had to stand on a chair to open the little top vent windows. The bathroom grout was unfinished, and the shower was small with a door that wouldn't close. I asked for that to be fixed on the first night. The door closers are too strong, and without seals the doors bang shut.

It's a fancy Chinese hotel rather than a Western-style one, and probably the best place to stay in Tongxiang. Mostly okay, but at 700rmb a night it's very expensive for the quality.

Even though bustling Tongxiang is right there, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The room was super-sized, and the location is perfect. Wonderful hotel, highly recommend it.
