The hotel is about 100 meters from the East Gate Scenic Area entrance. Its entrance is tucked off the roadside and can be a little hard to spot, though there are plenty of shops nearby for convenient shopping. Inside, it's quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff were very helpful. They suggested visiting the East Gate Scenic Area first, then going to the West Gate Scenic Area. The rooms have a slightly antique look, high ceilings, and a nice sense of space. The bathroom separates the shower from the toilet, and there's an elevator, which makes luggage easier to handle. The rate is reasonable and good value. For the West Gate Scenic Area, you can take the free shuttle between the East and West Gates or a public bus for 2 yuan per person. The bus stop is closer to the hotel, and the free shuttle doesn't run at night.
