Wuzhen Huaxing Hotel

It’s hard to find this hotel on Google Maps because it seems to have recently changed its name or ownership. The sign now says Rezen, which appears to be a luxury hotel chain, but I couldn’t identify the exact name without checking photos. Chinese websites show names such as Wuzhen Lizheng and Wuzhen Huaxing Hotel, which adds to the confusion. The entrance is small, but the lobby is clean and luxurious. The ground floor isn’t spacious. Upstairs, there are two rows of rooms, one on each side, with nearly 100 rooms per floor. The corridors are probably about 200 meters long and very smooth. The dining area is on both the first and second floors, though it feels small for a hotel of this size. The food seems adjusted to Vietnamese tastes and is edible. The hotel amenities were excellent, and having a dining area was convenient. It rained while we were there and the surrounding streets closed early. Most of the shops that stayed open were restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Access control differs between the elevators. The one near reception is strictly controlled, with room key cards only taking you to your own floor. The elevator by the dining area can be used freely without a room card, and that should be reviewed.
